I gain about 10 pounds between ovulation and the days leading up to my period (tmi if any guys are reading this 😊). It usually goes away after Aunt Flo shows up. But I’ve heard you just keep hydrated during that time so that your body doesn’t continue to retain excess water.

Right now I'd say sex. And if I chose the right man, he'd be smart enough to bring some food over so we'd have something to eat afterwards
-
I shouldn't have watched that horror movie before getting in here... Did I hear a noise?
-
Toronto here!!! And yes, I will be in hiding until the weather reaches at least 10 degrees

I treated myself to a trip to Jamaica 4 months ago (when I lost 35 pounds). I stayed at an all inclusive hotel in Montego Bay and I had the best time

Mix your protein powder into your coffee, or put it into some homemade pancakes

Find some way to occupy your time. Exercise, play games or do activities with the kids, read a book, dance, go for a walk. If all else fails and you still want a snack, make healthier choices such as fruits or vegetables.

Happy birthday and congratulations!!
-
You're lucky, when I lost weight my blood pressure went up for some reason unknown to me or my family doctor
-
You are brave x2 because it is also national pancake day
-
I don't miss anything, because I include all my favourite foods if it fits into my daily calorie allowance. Currently, I cannot resist red velvet cake! And,depending on the day, if I really want it and I'm running out of calories, i will fit in an extra workout just to eat a slice. I guess it depends on how much you want…

I'm on a 3 month separation from my scale
-
Me too. I guess we're going to be doing a good workout later to compensate for the extra calories
-
Do you exercise? Just looking at your info suggests that you are eating more calories than you think. Are you weighing/ measuring you food?
-
Exercise before you leave, and take half of your meal home with you. As long as you're not eating out every night, it shouldn't be a problem
-
I like peanut butter, but I LOVE Reese's peanut butter cups stored in the fridge!!! :p

I used to weigh myself daily. But I became obsessed, and started to get on the scale several times a day ( and log weekly). Now I have banned myself from even using the scale for 3 months. I am in month 2 and doing well

I miss Del Monte chocolate fudge pudding ... And Breakaway chocolate bars
-
Hey, that was two days ago! God bless the sinking Canadian dollar, lol

Get a babysitter for the kids, buy a gym day pass, take your husband to the gym with you and workout together. Who knows, he might like exercising if he's not doing it alone. Or just go for a walk after dinner

Add me :)

415 days and still counting... :)
-
GTA, add me if you like
-
You're doing great!
-
Belly and thighs...I'm hoping to see less of them this year
-
Why eat it if you don't like it? Why don't you try making healthier versions of food you already like? That way, your more likely to stick to this new way of eating long term.

If you're a meat and potatoes type of gal, then throw some meat and potatoes on top of them oats and call it a meal. You don't have to eat those things by themselves
-
Liberte mango and white chocolate Greek yogurt (but it does have quite a bit of sugar, so I don't have it often) :)
-
I have been using this for a month, and it's wonderful! I usually eat 1/2 of the package when I make stir fry and that's only 15 calories
-
Stir fry. Turkey, broccoli, red & yellow peppers, mushrooms, noodles (I use Shirataki tofu noodles- only 15 calories per serving!! :) ), seasonings I made this yesterday and it was sooo good
