Shoulder issues, just walking this week. Doc says to do nothing upper body. Walk 45 mins, leg lifts and maybe some squats but no thrusts! Looking forward to doing p90x again as soon as I have my right arm back.

Not just eating enough its tough eating the right things to make macros an proper calories. My thing is keeping protein at 40-50% of intake. I use GNC vegan sports performance protein powder. Whey protein disagrees with me I’m lactose intolerant. I get vanilla and just mix it in with everything

Salmon, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, garlic powder, salt pepper. Marinate as long as you want, or not. Bake 425 about 15 20 minutes depending on how you like it cooked. That’s about medium rare. Easy simple delicious

Mostly Naked. Sometimes I start in pjs but then take them off as I heat up in winter otherwise I just place pjs by side of bed and am nekkid. Much more comfortable.

Yes need to get the macros back in order but im not going to get mad at myself over the holidays. I get that completely to many carbs and the scale moves the wrong way. I workout 5 mornings week and sometimes twice a week in the evenings. Its the food drink input that needs to get in order for better results

My DR calls it a keg, I call it a one pack. Not sure if I can reveal a 6 pack but none the less I want to lose the belly and feel healthier for 2020. Wieght yes/no as muscle is heavier than fat, so I.m not as hug up on that but would like to fell lighter.
