I don't know much about Insanity. I went a couple of weeks doing P90X, and it just wasn't for me. I'm halfway through the 12 week program of Turbo Fire and I LOOOOOVE it!!

Because of my work schedule, I am unable to work out in the mornings, so I've been doing it after I get off work (4:00pm). By 10:00pm, I'm winding down and ready for bed. 2:00am rolls around, and I'm wide awake.

I read in Shape Magazine, that people who weigh themselves daily, tend to lose more weight than those who don't. I weigh myself on a daily basis, whoever, I only record my weight once a week (because of the fluxuation throughout the week). :smile:

I use skull candys ear buds. They come with 3 different buds, so that you can adjust them to the size you need, so they stay in! They work perfectly for me!

What do you do for exercise? I started Jullian Michaels' 30 Day Shred this week, and I'm worried that it might not be enough exercise.
