Religiously stuck to my daily calorie limit, did Insanity without missing a day, plus 45 to 90 minutes of "Walking 4.5mph, very, very brisk pace" every day. Plan on starting Insanity from day 1 again this monday and think I will get better results as I won't be in a catatonic ball of sweat half way through the workouts for the first two weeks!
