Hello and welcome. I have lost nearly 70 lbs in almost a year. All I did was change how I look at food and eat it, I mostly walk for exercise, I get between 15k to 25k in a day. I weigh all my food, food scale is very important. Sounds like you are very committed. Keep pushing forward :)

I eat plenty of fruit in the morning, or a bowl of oats with plenty of fruit. Than I do not crave chocolate, refined sugars or caffeine. I just fill up on whole natural foods. Or you can just count them into your daily intake. It's up to you, if you want to learn how to cut them out, or fit them in.

not healthy at all what you are doing. what are you trying to do, lose weight, gain, build muscle? maybe try to switch up what you eating, include more whole foods, grain/plant base, see if that helps.
