I save calories from weekdays then use them on weekend. You don't need to consume all of them on weekend.

moderate carb! In my case, too much carbs make me bloat. My carb is around 100-180g / day.

I hit my protein macro first then I'd allow myself to devour on carbs.

Question: If you saw this vid back when you were fat faaat, would you feel the same way as today? For some, they see it as a wake up call from the harsh reality. Tbh, if I saw this back when I was 63lbs more, I'd feel 'she's kinda right but she could have said it in a humane way'. But still it's rude.

I always pre-log my food during the weekend just to make sure not to go crazy. You can also do extra cardio and bank calories. I bank and save em during the special days. Just be mindful in eating and watch your portions!

I don't cheat especially to myself. If I go over my cal, then so be it. I don't consider it cheating because it's my choice. Life's too short. Let's just enjoy food moderately. Eat wisely!
