4/23 Caught up with a friend from swim class that I haven't seen in a long time. We had a nice chat.

I did 3 of the pose you linked to. I couldn't get my heels close enough for my fingertips to touch them. Plus, I couldn't go as high, but did feel like I was lifting the lower back and the middle of my back a bit.

I walked to a further train station and got out a stop earlier when I was out today! Only did 4 of the 10 minute walks though. I will have to walk in place for the last 10 minutes.

Oh ok. Thanks for your responses @kimny72 , @RodaRose, and @Dnarules ! I didn't even think of seeing things on a weekly rather than daily basis. I'm glad I can make up for it another day.
