  • I bought one a couple of months ago, initially to cook french fries without frying. After reading the recipe books. I learned it's quite a versatile appliance. Next week I'm going to cook a Turkey breast on the rotisserie.

  • If it's pre-cooked at the store, you can eat it "raw." You can boil it or sautee it (in a mixture of olive oil and nonfat / low fat chicken broth to keep the calories down.
