Weekly update:
Last week I said, “Ah well, I will have a fantastic loss to post next Monday.” There it is: 4.5 I had a salt filled weigh in last week. This week I watched what I ate closely, consumed at least 64 ounces of liquid a day and exercised every day. Now I remain on track for the year. Yay me!

I am checking in a couple of days early as today I head over to Daytona Beach for a long weekend. While that is certainly not a challenge, behaving myself is. So I will keep the same basic goals list.- 70,000+ steps for the week (Sat - Sun) right now I have 63,264 of 70,000. I think I will make this.
- Keep focused on intake & control
- Water focus - drink, drink, drink
- Fully close three items off work to-do list

Congratulations to all doing well on this challenge! I read and compare my slow but steady progress. Last year my total was -37# with a arthroscopic knee surgery in Sept. I'm now at -19#.

This week's successes: I kept my vacation gain under the four pound goal I had set for myself. I made choices and said no to many things I would have eaten in the past, but still enjoyed the food, including one gastronomic meal that probably accounts for nearly all of the gain. It was nice to have a break, but I am happy to be back in my MFP regime.
Challenges: Starting a new strengthening program for beginners.

This Week's Successes: Ordered a swimsuit in a size down, and it was WAY too big. Went to return it, and come to find out I'm down 2+ sizes!! I got some really cute clothes that fit, and I'm feeling great!
This Week's Challenges: Getting back on track after a little bit of an indulgent weekend. Meal planning and prepping saved the day.

Cut back on night time eating. Started to reduce amount of fruits I was eating too.
Next weeks challenge: Taking first kayaking lesson Saturday. Learn how to kayak to add a new summertime activity.
