I saw on another thread to eat at least 1800. You can do that by entering exercise. I just made an exercise called breastfeeding and add it everyday to up the calories.

Hey ! I'm one month out and gained 50lbs and down 25 ! I've been heavier in the last two years than I would like. What are you doing for exercise ?
-
I have no idea what that is !
-
Thanks ladies ! I really want a fit bit to help keep motivated ! I have a Jillian Michaels video I need to dig out....
-
I just started today too! My dog is my c25k buddy!

Slowly eat more calories. Just one or two more bites of whatever you have or an extra snack. Do not worry if you gain a few pounds, you will shed it once you get your body back on track. We are here for you!

Do you have a semi healthy recipe?

Day three, not so good. I ate my breakfast and lunch, but I'm so stressed out because of my living situation and my job that I just can't do supper. I'm the type that if I'm stressed I can't eat :( barely choked down lunch, almost didn't have it, but my friends at work forced me to... On the plus side, I've never been…

Day 2 has gone well too! Just making supper now.
-
No one said you were doing it wrong. Good for you for losing weight. I've heard good things elsewhere.

Three weeks I thought it was a three day diet? [/quote] It's three days on and 4 off for three weeks
-
I'm only planning on doing it for 3 weeks :)

Subway!

Yumm

Dinner was honestly really good also. Should have cooked the green beans because they were boring to me, but over all filling and great. I saved the ice cream and Apple for awhile later.
-
Alcohol, soda, and most candies. Yuk ! Don't even want them anymore.
-
Good thing I'm only doing it for a brief period of time  I don't really see it as any different than intermittent fasting, which a lot of people do... just my opinion
-
It was just breakfast I found so filling. Although lunch was pretty filling for me too.

I never said it works for me... my update this am was pretty much "so far so good" Maybe I will fail, who knows? But I want to at least try and this is how I want to try. It's not for very long, 9 days total. I also don't mind any of the foods except cottage cheese (yuk!) So it shouldn't be horrible even if it's not always…

I am tracking what I eat for the next 3 weeks and see what happens. Just ate lunch of tuna, bread, and tea. I've drank 2 cups of water so far, not including the tea.

Conspiracy? What? Lol Stomach hasn't growled once and usually it does, so now at least a have a good breakfast I know works for me.
-
Guys, I did not flag it, someone else did. I think it was a mix if the grapefruit and peanut butter that made me feel so full. I don't usually eat grapefruit. I usually feel hungry shortly after breakfast and tend to over eat later in the day because of it.
-
Okay so first morning went well, except it is really a lot if food! I was full about halfway through.
-
I kinda see your point OP, people here seem to hate any fad diet, yet are all over how awesome the pop tarts for 47 days thread....seems weird to me, but what do I know?
-
It was clearly snarky, obviously, since someone reported it and it wasn't me. An opinion is not necessarily truth.
-
I did not flag any posts, for the record!
-
Jump starting my mentality! I never said otherwise, read my above post....
-
Yes,I know, that's my thread! I was inquiring as to how that particular poster did, as they said they were doing it for one month. :)
