I haven’t been posting my daily posts for 2 weeks now and I’ve fallen WAAAAAYYYY off course. Between, a new job and a newly injured knee, I haven’t been as responsible as I was when I checked in with you guys daily. But I’m back!!!! Besides swimming, what are some things I can do to get my cardio in without bending my knee?

Something about being at home! It’s probably a comfort thing. I have a husband and children who could care less about my diet. I mean that in a very loving way. Lol. Although, they have started buying single serve snacks for themselves. Thank you for your words, I will definitely get back on track!

Rant: Is it just me or are weekends and holidays away from work the hardest to comply to your diet....when I’m at home, I find that I am more likely to cheat on my diet than when I’m at work. Maybe because I’m busy and have other things to do to keep me distracted.... but OMG today is HARD!!!!! We still have all the food…

Same for me. My goals change ALL THE TIME! Resolutions seem to be kinda permanent and if you don’t do exactly that, you fail. Lol. I guess it’s all about interpretation. Good luck with all your goals, current and future!

Life is an AHole, I swear. Our stories are similar. I started with MFP in 2015 and lost 30 pounds and gained so much muscle and then life was like SIKE! Now, Here I am 70 pounds later. 😑😑 But it’s ok, we got this!
