I've had multiple journeys and my weight has yo-yo'd since I started college and afterwards. What triggered my current journey is the new year and a wedding a will be in in March, as well as my own in July! But I really plan/hope to make this a lifetime change this time. I agree! If you are paying for a gym membership, you deserve to know how to work each machine and what IT can do for you! My favorite machine at the gym is the elliptical; also the weight machines are very helpful as well. It is important to try different machines to learn what you like! Have fun :)

I'm right with you! I'm home for the holidays and when I'm at school I can control the food that's around me because I have my own place. Here, what bugs me the most is my mom buying things like chocolate covered raisins for me, knowing I'm watching what I eat, and NO ONE else in my house eats them! And I HATE wasting food…
