  • When I get a sweet tooth I eat some sugar free gum to fight it, at times this doesn't work so I eat some fruit and I'm good. Or I just have a small piece of candy just to satisfy my sweet tooth. @KeepItSimpleGirl GO HAWKS! Lol! -galvin
  • I also pre-plan my meals, this occurs every Sunday and Thursday. The reason why I do this is to change up my protein/carb/fat intake so my diet isn't just the same thing all the time. Once I log all my food I then click on "Nutrition" and review my macro percentages. If I don't hit my allotted amounts I adjust accordingly.…

  • I would start and research what are macros. i.e. Protein, carbs and fat. If you like to do a lot of cardio be conscious you need to add fuel to your body from what you burned.   • What works for me is I input all my meals/snacks for the next day of what I intend to eat. Based on my goals I adjust accordingly and sacrifice eating a snack or two. Also include your workouts or cardio and go from there. This has really helped me achieve my allowed daily intake. I also review my carb, protein, sodium etc…
  • I currently have a JawBone UP24. I have been lucky that it hasn't irritated my skin. All in all I really like my fitness bracelet, but I am having difficulty synching it with MFP.
