    I would start and research what are macros. i.e. Protein, carbs and fat. If you like to do a lot of cardio be conscious you need to add fuel to your body from what you burned. (Depending on your goal(s)

    What has worked for me managing calories, protein, carbs and fat is logging my daily intake for the next day. Depending on my targets I adjust accordingly to fit my needs. You never know you might be able to indulge on a snack or two depending on your intake. I have also been watching YouTube videos on healthy meal preps. I just prepped my meals for the next two days from one of the recipes. Chicken curry with basmati rice and mixed veggies. I'm very pleased with the taste and most importantly it's a macro friendly serving.
