What muscle group/cardio are you working out today?

Here's mine:
Chest and abs

    Nice light and easy deads. 5x5 at 130kg. Last day of my deload week and back to hard work next week.

    - Hamstrings
    - Lats w upper back as a finisher
    - Biceps

    Friday is leg day! Oh nothing like leg press, squats, deadlift, hip thrust, leg extensions and laying leg curls to get you sore for the weekend!

    Did a 30 minute HIIT run, when ended up to be about 3.1 miles. I walked another 15 minutes afterward, just to log additional steps on my activity tracker.

    Looks like majority are working out quads, nice. I worked out quads yesterday (Legs press, leg extensions and hack squats). Hope everyone has a great workout. Stay focused and strive to achieve your goal!

    Friday's a pace run for me, best thing for getting work out of your head ready for the weekend for, erm, catching up with work :V
