Welcome back! My plan too Cathy is to stay here. It keeps my honest to myself on what I'm eating.

My problem is weekends. Dinner out and drinks. I go up 2 pounds and back down by Friday. I know I need to make better choices. Need to lose 10 to 12 pounds.

My Goal was 20. Down to 19 so changed my goal to 25. You can do it~

I'm 145.5 now I would like to be 140. My goal was 145 to begin with. Just lowered it to 140.

I just updated my #'s on MFp...this is what it says 1,189 calories/day...So FYI...it does recommend under 1200.

I do Breakfast....snack...lunch snack...dinner....snack...I eat small meals due to the acid reflux and now gallbladder diagnoses. The Dr said the calorie intake I do is fine to continue. Grant it I do not always stay within those #'s.

I did the same let MFP pick my calorie intake to lose weight. Mine is 1000 to 1200 a day. I agree go to the Dr's

Funny you say that. Just went to the Drs with this same complaint. Gallbladder attack was the diagnoses and off for an ultrasound. I'll have the results Monday or Tuesday.

I have Larygopharyngeal Reflux (LPR). I've been doing great losing weight. Down 20 pounds and have 10 to 15 more to go. I started eating several small meals. Thanks everyone....It helps to know it might take longer then a month for this to move. LOL Lets all keep up the good work. Nice thing today several people told me I'm getting to skinny and I know I'm around the high end of my "true weight" for my height. But that is where I'm most comfortable. Thanks again.

I was dying for potato chips and denying myself. I said heck I have left over calories. I measured out 1 oz, believe it or not it was plenty.
