:s frustrated.....7 pounds from goal...and it fluctuates from 146 to 147.5... Shooting for 140.
Back on track today. Went to dinner with husband and my girlfriends. I would have been fine except for the 2 margaritas. Any alcoholic beverage ideas when out? I know I should have had wine but felt like something different.
It says 5 oz is that raw or cooked?
So..My scale arrived yesterday...Found out a few things YUP you were correct. Some things I under stated. Will be weighing things more now. Should help me lose those 10 more pounds. Thanks again Anyone who was like me and waited...Don't it does make a difference..
What kind of food scale do you have?
I've been thinking about this since its vacation time....I know I'll be walking more but restaurants are a challenge.
Been a week and has not moved up or down. I'm down to 10 pounds toward my goal. Any suggestions ? I'm doing 1000 to 1200 calories a day...Also am 5'3". I average 1100 a day Not frustrated yet. When I do my diary it says I'l be down 5 pounds in 5 weeks.
I need a new scale..."What do you recommend or do you own?

Had it for lunch today. Low Calorie.. but I'm way over my sodium count for today. My fault for not reading sodium content..... Progresso soup is off my lunch menu.
When I posted earlier about not getting my full calories...1000 to 1200...some said they couldn't see my food log. How do you make it so you can see it?
I'm sticking to 1000 to 1200 calories to lose. Keeping track I average 800 to 1000. It tells me to eat more but I'm full. Any suggestions
