It says 5 oz is that raw or cooked?

    What says 5oz? The package? A random entry in MFP? The internet? Usually it is raw unless specified otherwise but it also can depend where you're getting the info from.

    Yup it was random entry in MFP. Just said 1 pork chop. I just found a raw pork chop in bone. Should have looked farther before posting the question.
