  • I have aspergers and dysthymia. I find the best things when I'm incredibly low is showering and just sitting out in the sun. Sometimes I won't even shower if I'm very low so exercise certainly isn't going to happen for me. Sitting in the sun feels so warm and nice though so it's helpful to me.   • That isn't true at all. Everyone is different and there art too many variables to consider when making a blanket statement like this. I've put on about 10kg of muscle since first starting to lose weight and I haven't been consistent with my diet/exercise. Gaining muscle also helps you lose fat.

  • I do use mfp and have not lost weight due to my circumstances. My money has been well spent. This isn't a cheap diet. You have to have blood tests etc to even sign up
