If you eat food instead, maybe you don't need a team or that elusive "motivation"? When you're out shape, you need to build up strength, stamina, flexibility, slowly. Walking, water areobics, dancing, yoga, just any form of moving, will get you started.

I won't do shakes again, I learned nothing last time and gained the weight back.

Re: exercise......baby steps. You didn't get out of shape over night. My exercise regimen started out as 60 minutes per week. 6x10, 4x15, 3x20.....whatever. I logged my workouts in a spreadsheet, but you can mark them on a calendar. Get some fun stickers. Make yourself accountable.

Find some short workouts on YouTube (Jessica Smith, Fitness Blender, Blogilates).....keep trying new things. Figure out what you like and get a little bit more in shape each day.

After your workouts become "routine".....add more minutes.

^^^ This. Been there, done that, not doing it again - plus that stuff gets expensive! Calorie counting is free, and -66lbs says it works for me. :)

^^^ And that. Start slow and build up gradually. Just walk for a few minutes if you don't feel up to doing anything else at the start... there are even "walk at home" videos on YouTube if you don't want to out in public. :)

*applauds MFP peeps for the sensibility*

No shakes. No supplements. Don't *do* that. The only thing lighter, long-term, is your wallet.

I am using Isagenix and there are other people on MFP who are as well. There's some great Facebook support groups as well.

They have their huge meeting at the casino I work in and they make me crazy for the whole week they are here. I want to grab them and make them sit still for a second because I'm pretty sure one of their hearts is going to explode from the crack... I mean supplements they are all mainlining.
