@chud_ hey man you need to work on increasing the weight you're lifting and also intensity, i had the same problem as you when i started lifting.. Try out different techniques, stick to a compound exercises routine and try out drop sets, cluster sets.... Always push yourself for an extra rep or add more weight even 1 kilo

Why do you train chest and back 2 days in a row? Why not try out a routine thats consists of compound movements, and add a shoulder day man :) I forgot shoulders when i started lifting Training more doesnt mean faster results some people's bodies dont cope with more exercise... Just focus on what works for you man, train…
