42H to 36G and I've always used Enell. They're expensive but last forever and are totally worth the price. I'm a runner and they keep everything pretty firmly in place.

It was 11 months ago, almost to the day on my 39th birthday. I was out to dinner with my family. I was achy, irritable, and hurting like I was 79 not 39. I looked up in a mirror next the to the dinner table at the restaurant I was eating at and was horrified by what I saw and then I looked to the left of me and then to the…

I've had my gallbladder out, my appendix out and arthroscopic surgery on both of my hips. Lost 80 lbs to date.

I have a protein shake after my workout as my dinner, since it's almost 8pm by the time I'm wrapping up. It's too late for me to have a big meal because I need to be in bed by 9pm if I want enough sleep. I'm up at 5am every morning.

I lost a ton of hair due to cutting my calories too low early on in my weight loss journey. I rectified that by not only being more reasonable with my calorie deficit but also choosing nutrient dense foods, including iron-rich foods. (I was anemic as well). In the last 3 months I have a ton of new hair growth. It's…

Enell! Does wonders holding in my 38H. Pricey, but worth it.

As I've gotten within 20lbs of my goal weight I've ended up eating at maintainance for those few days prior to my period where all I can think about is food. Once my period starts my appetite takes a nosedive and I don't often make my minimum calories for a few days. It all ends up evening out in the end.

Let's see. 73 lbs in the last 10 months. For me I pre-log a week in advance, although I do make slight tweaks and changes as the week progresses. I exercise 6 days a week at minimum. This includes 3-4 days per week of kickboxing (real kickboxing with gloves and bags) and 2-3 days of weight training. I currently average…

I pre log my weekdays because I don't have a lot of options at work if I don't bring something in. I'm also not particularly good at winging it. I don't typically pre log weekends though.

Depends where you started I think. It took me a little over 20 to lose my first size, but that was in the Plus sizes. After that, I went down a size every 10 lbs. However, I started lifting heavy 2 months ago and haven't dropped a size since, even though I'm also down 15 lbs since then. My body shape has changed and I have…

I'm a huge fan of Enell sports bras. Not the most attractive, but they really hold them in. I've lost 64 lbs. Started out at 42H and I'm down to 40H. Not a significant difference at all. I have about 40 more to go, so maybe they'll suddenly start shrinking, but so far not much change.

Milk Duds. Oh god, the milk duds. They'll be the end of me.

I traveled at 250lbs and I'm just barely 5'1. I did not need an extender and I never needed a second seat nor did I encroach on anyone else's space. I suppose it's about how your weight is distributed too.

In my experience it takes 2-4 days for me to release any water retained from a high sodium meal.

I've lost 58 lbs. I've gone from 42H to 38H.

I just took my first week long "break" (after 7 months) and ate a maintenance for a week. I logged everything and continued my usual workouts. This was more of a mental break. I was getting to the point I was thinking about food all the time. I have also re-evaluated my daily calories now that I'm back at deficit and…

Take a break. I was sick with a sore throat, cough, even a low grade fever, and I still dragged myself to the gym everyday and did my usual workout. Not only did I probably infect the public, but it took me easily an extra week to recover from my illness that I could've saved had I taken care of myself in the beginning.

I tried eating strictly 1200 calories, while ignoring eating back my exercise calories and (sometimes netting negative calories and always less than 1200) and while yes, I lost quite a bit of weight that way, 6 months on, my hair has started falling out by the handful, I've become very iron deficient, B12 deficient, I'm…

I don't "cheat", but on maintanence days I usually have ice cream and Milk Duds. Heck, I have those on non "cheat" days too. But they fit it better on higher calorie days.
-
I think of my calories on a weekly basis instead of daily so that I can eat at or slightly above maintanance one day per week. The rest of the week, I eat less. Works for me.

I'm down 50 lbs and it's only in the last two weeks that everyone at work has been stopping me to comment about my weight loss. It took 20 lbs lost for me to notice, but I also have 50 more lbs to go.

My stomach looks EXACTLY like yours. Even when I was pregnant, I still had the two stomach thing going on. I will tell you that I lost 100 lbs once and it did go away for the most part, with lots of weight training and core exercises. The only time the loose skin was noticeable was if I was doing a push up, then it would…

I waited until I was about 20lbs down and two months into it before I started having "cheat" days. Having said that, they are actually calculated and I always make sure my average weekly calories keep me in deficit. I have my "cheat" day on my weigh in day. I've been very successful. Now down 45 lbs. I wouldn't have…

Weather permitting I try to do my cardio outdoors. If it's too hot or too cold I go the gym. I also like to workout at 5am so it's not always safe for me to be outdoors. Come close to a few black bears since I live on the edge of a forest preserve. I do find gym cardio to require more mental effort from me because I find…

I get up at 4am every weekday morning. I hate it. But I know myself well enough to know that if I try and do it after work, it will never happen. So I committed myself to getting up before work. I *kitten*, I moan, I try and talk myself out of it every morning, but I do it, and by 10 minutes into my workout, I'm happy I…

I've had the Charge HR for about 4 months now. I love it, but I'll admit to my excitement having faded recently. I was getting too hung up on step counts to the point of overdoing it. I've let go of my need to see X amount of steps. I get 60-90 minutes of exercise 6 days per week and my scale consistenly moves downward. I…
