i purposely go to charity shops and buy things which are too small for me now, like designer dresses and quality clothing, and hang it up on my wardrobe to remind me of my goals!

Apparently the effects of waist trainers are at best temporary and just remind you to stop eating so much because they're so tight. I wouldn't waste my money tbh!

I'm doing 16:8 eating from noon to 8pm, i have coffee before 12, and workout at the gym. I find as long as i'm not starving and dont make bad choices at lunch i appreciate those extra kcals at lunch and dinner.

Yes, antidepressants and antipsychotics are notorious for weight gain, how ever its because they cause an increase in appetite, but it is possible to lose on them, as long as you log everything and keep your appetite in check!

About 20-27000 steps per day- i run at the gym in the morning then walk my dog and shop some days

Banana and a cup of coffee before i go, wheatabix for when i come back - sorted! :)

how do you know you aren't eating back your calories, if you haven't logged in two months!? Plus, two portions of veg a day is pitiful - aim for 5-10.

It's a sad fact that many antidepressants and antipsychotics do make you put on weight. However it's because they make your appetite ravenous! I am on two weight-gaining antipsychotics and an antidepressant, and i am losing weight because i'm on a 1200 kcal diet and exercising regularly.

I used to struggle with this - as soon as any one suggested take out or food in a restaurant i was there! Then i told myself "Only you put it in your mouth," And it's true - no one can force you to eat anything, unless they stand on you and force it down your throat!! So take responsibility and remember, "Only you put it…
