To eat before or after jogging?

and a banana and cup of coffee happily gets me through 10K, but if i was running any longer than that, i might have something else to eat too.0

Fully empty stomach, even a bite of something gives me the voms. I've tried loads of diffferent foods beforehand and everything ends up with me puking in a hedge less than a mile down the road, running just turns my stomach for some reason.
I've ran a 10k on an empty stomach so it doesn't seem to effect my performance, though anything further than that I do need a tiny amount of sweets or raisins etc. for energy.0
