I have been weighing myself first thing in the morning on Friday and am only logging if I lose weight. I am considering changing to weighing and logging daily but I really like seeing the downward graph line! :)

Personally, I eat a cheese stick! I'm a mom and "Eat a cheese stick" is my answer to a lot of things. :smile: Also, a big glass of water usually helps.

Yes, drink water. If its at night, just drink a big glass of water and go to bed. It works for me, you can't think about it when you are asleep!
