What do y'all think helps fight hunger pangs/urges the most (other than eating)?

    I find that if I am involved in doing something I don't even think of food. Try to keep busy. I haven't found any other way.

    Drink water and exercise. Walking in place in front of the TV works best for me for some reason. Unless it's Food Network . . .

    Yes, drink water. If its at night, just drink a big glass of water and go to bed. It works for me, you can't think about it when you are asleep!
