Last night I went to Quizno's and got a regular size oven roasted turkey on whole grain flat bread, no mayo, but added some extra veges. It was huge and totaled 480 cals, which I didn't think was bad for the size. It was under $5.

are you kidding? you should be proud of yourself, you have made quite a transformation! I'm pretty sure its normal for a lot of people who have lost a lot of weight to be used to themself in a new body. I just watched a "say yes to the dress" episode where this bride was like that, and she was a stick! Keep it up, you look…

I usually drink 2 cups everyday with 1 splenda & fat-free hazelnut creamer. I have not had coffee all week, may be the hot weather because I have had no desire for coffee.

I was feeling the same way. About a week ago someone posted on here about it. Something like: when you start a strenous new workout your muscles tear then retain water to help protect/rebulid themselves. So you may not lose, even gain for the first few weeks. Stick with it! Eventually it will pay off.

I run outdoors when the weather is nice. I would try looking for equipment at yard sales or on craigslist. A pharmacy or medical equipment store sells resistance bands cheap. I don't have room for much equipment at home. I just have some 8 lb. dumbells and a yoga ball.

We eat zuchini all the time. I slice it and sautee in margarine & olive oil with onion, fresh mushrooms & sometimes baby carrots, season with garlic, pepper, season salt, & dillweed. We usually have with chicken breast or tilapia. I will definatly have to try the stuffed version mentioned above. It sounds yummy.

I can relate. Luckily, my bf isnt too picky & I love to cook. I try to stay away from starchy sides (mac & cheese, potatoes etc) and fried foods as much as possible. I do sautee a lot with a T. of margarine & olive oil. I did have to ease him into veges with cheese sauce at first, now I just season & use a little margarine…

we are getting married in October. Our first dance song will be Adele's "One and Only". Its beautiful, and it's original, I don't think anyone will have heard it unless they have the cd/mp3.

I'm Adrianne,31 y.o, 5'2" 124lbs. I'm trying to lose & few pounds & tone up for my wedding Oct.8. I've struggled with weight/body image issues since high school. I've done many diets over the years & also battled eating disorders. I love challenging myself & the way I feel after a good workout. My measurements are: thigh…

Yes, I want to join. That is the exact amount of time I have until my wedding. I want to lose 7-10 lbs.

Same boat here. I'm trying to lose 7-10 pounds for my wedding Oct. 8th. I have only lost 1 so far. I'm sticking with it, though. I wish I had taken my measurements when I started because I do think I look leaner. I took them today, so I check that every couple weeks.

Have you considered a lace up back instead of zipper or buttons? They are more forgiving (as in adjustable), and you can really tighten it up to reallly fit your body.

same things as others have listed. string cheese, hard boiled eggs, fiber one bars, oatmeal (in case I don't have time for breakfast at home), apples or other fruit, can of soup (in case I forget my lunch). For lunch I usually bring a salad from home, I add all kinds of things (not all of them at the same time though)…

cottage cheese & fruit, hard boiled egg-discard yolk & fill with flavored hummus.

Cottage cheese & fruit, or a hard boiled egg-discard yolk & fill with flavored hummus. It's kind of like a deviled egg.

last week my fiance & I went to a mexican place & we split an order of fajitas. I didn't eat any chips, rice, beans, cheese or sour cream. I just made a "salad" with the lettuce, pico de gallo, a little salsa, guacamole, & the chicken & vegetable fajita mix. It was pretty good! and I left the restaurant knowing I did the…

I weigh myself everyday in the morning, before eating & w/o clothes.

so glad to see this post. I'm going throught this same thing right now. Hopefully I get a good number on the scale next week. I've been exercising every day & eating great & the scale has barely moved.

That's awesome. I hope I age like you!

I have been taking prenatal vitamins for several months to get my hair & nails ready for my wedding. I can't say I've necessarily noticed any difference, but I will probably continue to take them even after the wedding.

I usually I make a salad to take to work. Not a boring salad, though. I mix in all kinds of things to keep it interesting. Chicken or crabmeat, grape tomatos, hard boiled egg, grapes, raisens or dried cranberries, shredded cheese or feta cheese, real bacon bits, croutons, sunflower seeds or chopped pecans or walnuts. I use…
