Omgosh, thank you for this! I think this is me. I know I've been sabotaging myself from losing more but I just can't figure out why. I just started weight lifting and I hurt my lower back doing a deadlift :( I was so bummed because I couldn't lift for two weeks. I know I put it down wrong and used my back and that's why I pulled my lumber muscle but now I'm scared to do them! Any tips?

I took my first before and during pic and it's the first time that I've noticed a big difference in my weight loss. Only down 25 lbs but I'm still going!

My seven year old son can put his arms all the way around my waist when giving me a hug. He's never been able to do that before and he is doing it none stop now :) I love it!
