It's funny when we get to this point - it's like waking up one morning and our body saying "sod that for a game of soldiers I'm taking it easy" but our brain is still charging ahead. I'm a newbie here too so no doubt we'll all have lots of notes to compare

Sounds like an idea thanks. I've often thought I should keep a pen and paper handy to 'offload' stuff. As you say it does end up going round in circles and I don't know where to get off. Thanks

Swimming is great sky1967 - and because the water supports you there's less stress on the joints. If you're not into swimming up and down up and down constantly - aqua aerobics is great, and a great laugh too which is the best part for me. But then again, it only takes one to get everyone going lol >:)

I downloaded the 'SWORKIT' App (on android), which you can link to the MFP app. It's not bad. Yep, here's your sister. Started last summer with me. I get them now every 3 months. I've developed a phenomenal sweet tooth that I seem to be constantly fighting and I've noticed I can no longer tolerate wheat (probably not a bad thing though). B)
