Having Panda Express for dinner tonight! Broccoli beef, a bit of fried rice and a couple of the veggie spring rolls clocks in around 500-600 calories.

I have the regular Withings scale that just measures weight and BMI. Works pretty well. :)

Flavored sparkling water helped me, although most contain aspartame and that may not help you if you don't like the taste of artificial sweetener. I couldn't quit soda cold turkey, it gave me awful headaches and made me feel tired and sick -- so you might do something like cut back to one can per day until your body…

Depends whether you mean four sticks or four packs. Four sticks is negligible (about 20 cals, although I'd still log it). Four packs will start adding up on you.

I'm 5' 3" and my goal weight is 130. But that's coming down from 189.

Every Sunday morning right after I get up and use the bathroom.

Yep, still counts. I don't like the taste of plain water either. Adding one of those little packets of Crystal Light works for me.

This. The apple pecan chicken salad from Wendy's (the half size, which is actually huge) is 350 calories, including the dressing and the pecans on top. :) McD's also has some pretty low calorie salads.

Is it good for your health? Sure. Fruit has lots of micronutrients. Will it help you lose weight? No.

Exactly this.

Are you on the site or the app, OP? Mine shows "0 lbs lost" on the front page of the site... even though I know I've logged my weight and the ticker I have on my profile updates when I log. edit: Corrected this for myself - OP, do you have old weight entries that are lower than what you set your starting weight at? That…

You may be thinking of fluid ounces, which are a different type of measurement. Fluid ounces measure volume, ounces measure weight.

The fact that you have a food scale at all is a great step. :) Grams are generally more accurate than ounces, however. I have one that lets me switch between grams and ounces.

As other folks have said, you can't. Why do you want to lose weight so quickly?

Same here. WW taught me a lot about food, but the price tag is just too high for me.

Lack of portion control. Eating out of boredom. Instead of reading a book or playing a game or what have you when I was bored, I'd go into the kitchen and hunt down snacks. Also eating snacks people would bring into the office, just because they were there to be eaten.

Glad I could help! I started weighing my food back when I was on WW. I'm always surprised how much more (usually more, sometimes it's less but not often) the food weighs than the amount listed on the package or what have you.
