That is basically the only exercise i do! I am on my feet all day and walkk between 6-9 miles a day, it deffo counts x

I drink basically everyday just make sure you log everything you are drinking so you know where you stand on your calorie allowance

I am in the same situation as you, the last couple of weeks havent been so bad as i have only started using mfp, at my heaviest i was 182lbs, and now i am 127lbs, my lowest weight was 114lbs and i was very strict all the time to stay that weight. Frozen veg is a must! Much cheaper than fresh and still has lots of nurtional value, my 6 year old is fussy too but i always give her a smoothie for breakfast and chopped up apples are a good after school snack, or carrot sticks :)

I save calories for a drink in the evening, i rarely if ever drink a lot in one go so i dont see a problem with having one a day as long as i have the calories left :)

Same here, i really struggle to find anything that looks good on me, i have almost developed a 'uniform' of clothes consisting of black leggins and a black or grey baggy top. Going shopping is a real nightmare. X

I save my calories everyday so i can have a generous double vodka and diet lemonade, although i also love beer

I panic if i ever get close to going over MFP calorie limit, I weigh myself everyday (at least once) and my biggest confession is i LOVE sugar and nothing but the real thing can satisfy my cravings. Ah that feels better! X
