I started at 204, down to about 195ish. My first mini-goal is to 180lbs.

I would like to have other mini goals but no idea what to put down. One is to increase steps/movement per day (sedentary person)...

To get under 126lbs! 1lb left to go, i tend to only work in 'mini goals' much more manageable x

Hey. I started at 210, but here are my mini goals and the rewards that go with them. The %'s are body weight.

    200 - Exercise ball
    193.5 (10%) - Lunch Gear
    190 - BBQ
185 (Overweight) - New Tennis Shoes
    180 - New Makeup
    172 (20%) - Refrigerator
    170 - Bowling Date
    160 - New Bedding
    155 (Normal) - New Towels
    150 (30%) - Stove
140 - New Wardrobe (shopping spree)

I'm also trying to get 10,000 steps a day and log and measure everything. For every 10 days I get 10,000 steps in a row and log, I buy myself a new book.

I just recently hit my first mini goal (down 20lbs!). My next is a smaller interval, but a more significant number (getting down to 250). After that, my next goal is under 200 but I might just set one at 225 just for something to look forward to. I don't have rewards for my goals since my reward is the satisfaction of reaching my goal (and I don't have much extra money).

I also work with mini goals! Lost 15 lbs originally, then another 5, recently another 6, and now working on the next 2 lbs. Then probably my next goal will be another 4 lbs.

50 pounds definitely wasn't a mini-goal, but it's coming soon. For the months of June-August, I'm shooting for 10#/month, continuing to walk 20-25 miles/week and 3-4 days/week on the weights. Keep up the great work, everyone!
