Well Joan...just for the record I had a horrible day yesterday as well...I'm not taken by sweets but meat and savory! Well that is a challenge...I can't do the jumping Jack's or wall sits but I have walked so far 20 minutes...I spent a couple of hours in meditation/study...have told 4 people I love them...hmmmm work at home so....oh! Going to bible study tonight! Yes! And will soak/shower before I go...I love it! Thanks Auna37!

I would like to become friends...I found doing and asking the Lord...when it's not a meal time...why I'm putting something in my mouth had been very helpful...it makes me so and deliberately think why...am I hungry...bored...angry...emotional...tired or even thirsty? That has helped me to track my spontaneous eating.…

I have what I'd called a chopper...it is shaped like a mallet but it had a large star shape on the bottom. It is used for breaking up hamburger when browning it for tacos, chili's etc. And excellent tool that gets overlooked if you don't know what it's for!

Had a great day yesterday....walked although it was late in the day for me...it went beautifully...stayed with calorie count..even resisted the temptation for buttery popcorn! Had a gracious visit with a friend who is fighting cancer...puts things quickly into perspective!
