Found a redesign of Jordan's Skinny Syrups! They're a dollar more than the plastic ones. Seen at TJ Maxx/HomeGoods.

Those coffee thins look exactly like the Dark Coffee Squares at Trader Joe's that I'm slightly addicted to!

I've had this Cotton Candy ice cream, it's tasty! Although it's a bigger size container (half gallon I think) it's 140 calories for a 1/2 cup serving. So not as low as light ice cream, but a lot better calorie-wise than, like, Ben and Jerry's!

Soy protein.

I thought I'd seen this posted here before - I just tried the Sweet & Smoky BBQ flavor of these (my grocery store just got them!) and they're excellent, highly recommended. Great macros, satisfying serving size, and I love the taste! I'm definitely gonna try the other flavors now.

I love these crispbreads! They're so satisfying. If you're counting calories, be sure to weigh them though. In my experience, they're about 20% heavier (and therefore that much more calories) than the packaging says.

New Enlightened flavors soon! I'm so excited for these haha

Fellow cotton candy fans: DavidsTea brought back their cotton candy tea as the flavor of the month!

I found three new Oikos Triple Zero flavors at Stop and Shop today:

Peanut butter cup seems to be the most universally liked - that and chocolate are my favorites!

I have a little less than 40 left to go! About 35 until my goal. Added you!

I think that sauerkraut, kimchi (made without fish sauce), and kombucha would all be vegan sources of probiotics. If you google "vegan probiotic sources" there are even more suggestions out there :)

I weigh every morning and track it with Happy Scale. I only update MFP with new lows. Try out different apps/sites that show your trending weight if you'd like, and you can experiment with how often weighing in works for you.

I would steer clear of cleanses/fasts as well. Some snacks that work for me when I get salty cravings are single serve packs of olives (like Oloves brand), and roasted seaweed snacks! Those may sound kinda weird but find whatever works for you to satisfy your craving while fitting your nutritional goals. :)

Bolthouse Farms makes an amazing cilantro avocado yogurt-based dressing. It's 40 calories per two tablespoons.

Kit kats and bubble tea are my weaknesses  Can't stop, won't stop.

I just hit my goal of going down a BMI category! My next mini-goal is to hit the 170's. Two pounds to go! :) Two pounds after that, I'll be at the halfway point from my HW to UGW.

The jeans size that had fit me perfectly for the last couple years was 14W, but in some brands I've been a 16 and occasionally an 18. After my 14W's started falling off me, I bought a pair of size 12 jeans last month. Now the 12's are starting to get a little loose!

Commenting to see what others suggest! I get mine out in a few weeks.

I like the single serve packs of Nutella - 15g, 81 calories. Lately I've been eating one with a banana for a sweet snack, it's so tasty!

They have this here in Germany! And not too expensive either. The cherry flavor is fantastic.

I've definitely experienced the shift in taste you're asking about, OP. Growing up we didn't eat a ton of variety in terms of fruits and veggies so there are a lot of new things I've tried for the first time as an adult. As I started trying to incorporate more nutrient-dense foods into my diet (focus on fruits and veggies)…

I like to have hummus with cucumbers, peppers, and sesame crackers.

Maybe I didn't explain the concept very well. Google is at your disposal, as always. I, at least, try to err on the side of kindness, especially since it takes little to no effort on my part. Nobody is saying adding warnings is mandatory. It takes me half a second to add "tw: whatever" if I make a post, which people can…

A warning that the content following includes a topic of discussion (here, for example tw: assault for OP's first post) that might cause someone with PTSD/anxiety/other disorders to painfully relive a past event. Other examples might be drug use, disordered eating, etc Like how movie ratings warn for different potentially…

Street harassment and catcalling are an unacceptable part of our culture. We shouldn't blame ourselves for "attracting attention" for existing as women in public spaces, blame the culture that allows men to harass and make us feel unsafe with little to no repercussions. And I don't think it's reasonable to just say, "Oh,…

Moved to Germany from the US (on a six month long internship, one month of it left) and it took me a while to get my eating habits under control with all the delicious chocolate, bread, wine, etc that's available here. Once I did, and decided to try to get healthy for real, I've had a great time and have lost 19 pounds so…

Every morning, and I use the app Happy Scale to keep track of how my weight is trending. After weighing myself daily for over 2 months now, it's easier to roll with the fluctuations that happen (and be more aware of what causes them). And it helps me know when I need to get my *kitten* together if I stall out or am gaining…
