It makes it annoying to check my phone or computer for more steps when I'm cooking, but I don't have to deal with buying a book and end up not liking a lot of the recipes. Yeah, my cut off is the same, but only if the wind is NO more than 3 miles an hour. Cold wind kicks your butt when it's more than that. I haven't walked in almost a month because it's either way too cold, windy, or raining. Plus, I only go with my dog, so I gotta think about her ears(chronic infections :( ) and her paws.

That won't help you build a good relationship with food. Although I have tried meal replacement shakes for something quick on the go or when I'm lazy, for just 1 meal, and they were pretty good.

I'd recommend getting a food scale. Eyeballing can work for some, but you very well could still be eating more than you think you are. I did pretty well with eyeballing, but started weighing my foods so that I could get used to it sooner rather than later.

Also, why would someone cut out gluten? Unless you legit have had tests for celiac, I don't see the reason unless it's for other benefits.
