I'm in the same boat. I could hardly walk down the stairs or sit on the toilet lol .. Still day 4 still have some soreness. But, little better and better everyday. Lol keep with it, I still did light cardio and worked my arms... :) good luck!

Yes, I log everything and also just bought a scale so I'm trying to weigh what ever I can. I also upped my water intake to a gal a day. I was about 1/2 gal a day before I started the gym. It does make sense. Thank you!

Yes, it's just soreness. Thanks, I did a little treadmill. 18 minutes. Lol proud of my self. Honestly. It took a lot for me to actually get there. Because my legs hurt lol but! I'm on a mission!
