Hello everyone! You can add me if you like! I've had some pretty great discussions on MFP in the past, but it's been a little quiet lately. I'm hoping to connect with a good group again and get some renewed energy. :)

You can definitely do it!! You did it before! You know what works for you... you already proved that to yourself when you lost 70. :) It's a process... you're still down 30! Start right now and do just what you did to lose it before... you'll do it again!

Congrats! That's awesome! :)

Hi! Good luck with your goals! :)

Good luck everyone!! :D

There are usually both raw and cooked weights listed for serving sizes. If it's not on the package, check around online. You shouldn't have too much trouble finding both. Having a food scale is one of the best things I ever bought. I never used one, and now I use it all the time! Very helpful!

Careful with such a high goal! I think most people abandon their workout and food plans when they aren't getting the results they think they should be.... It's frustrating and not very motivating! Start with a smaller goal and then work your way up... Set yourself up for something sustainable that will push toward success.…

Hi! I'm Erin. I'll send a request! I have my food diary open, so you can see what I eat.... (not always the greatest though! haha) Congrats on your weight loss. :) At my highest weight, I was 102kg.... I'm currently 71kg with a goal of 61kg.... Having motivational support certainly helps the process!

Congrats! That's awesome! :)

It's cold and raining out and that was a good excuse to do nothing today.... I argued with myself for awhile, then put my fitbit on and convinced myself to climb my stairs for 20 minutes! :)

It's hard for me to get motivated during that time... I'm ridiculously tired and hungry and emotional. However, I find that if I can push around that and just get moving, it makes a big difference. It's lighter, doesn't last as long, and I have a lot more energy. It's getting to that point of "just get up and do it" that I…

It sounds like you have awesome motivation! :) You can do it!

Hi to you too! Can you have a small glass and call it a night? Or is it better to not have any at all?

Weightwatchers may not be a good plan for you to follow if you feel like it doesn't allow you the variety that you're looking for. Food is like anything in life... you might have to shop around to find the right fit. :) Try a different diet plan... try a few. You might find some work better than others and you don't feel…

For the foods you want to try, I would definitely just find something similar... most items will be made with similar ingredients and shouldn't be too far off. Watch your portion size and you can make it work.

I agree with Portranser! Try upping your intake and also upping your exercise for a net effect. Also, what is your diet like? Are there foods that you avoid or have eliminated?
