Thanks everyone! I really enjoy the energy you get from group classes, if I just go to the gym by myself, I get bored. I'm my final semester of nursing school, so it's hard for me to go everyday, but I do try to go three days a week.

Thanks! I just sometimes have a hard time since I still live at home and have to cook meals that my family will like as well. And they're meat and potatoes kind of people lol.

When I do it, I do 5 minute warm up, 20 minute actual HIIT and 5 minute cool down.

Another question. I've heard so many different methods, I do HIIT three times per week. Is that good?
