Calorie deficit confusion
Hi everyone, I am looking for some clarification on creating calorie deficits. My counter says I should be eating about 2,000 calories a day. On days that I do not exercise, should I be cutting 500 from that and then on the days I do exercise, I should only be cutting 250? I know I need to start consuming more calories…
