Hi all,
Thinking of trying Jillian Michaels detox drink to try and get rid of some water weight. Just wondering if anyone else had tried it and had luck? I'm not expecting a whole lot, more curious than anything.
Thanks!

Your body detoxes all by itself.0

It has dandelion tea in it, which is a natural dieuretic but unless you're retaining more water than usual, any water weight you lose will come right back on again. And if you are retaining more fluid than normal, simply drinking more water will take care of excess water weight. The drink itself is really just woo, it sure as heck doesn't detox anything.0

Glad I decided to ask! Thanks everyone!0

I highly recommend avoiding it. Your body does not need help detoxing- it does that all on its own. You can lose water weight just by drinking plain water and staying hydrated and losing water weight quickly is not a good way to start a sustainable weight loss plan, or even contribute to it. Lastly, the combination of ingredients cause loose stools for some people and can lead to dehydration.0
