  • Yes, ask to get your thyroid checked. I had this issue at one point - gainined weight unexplainably, and not able to lose it. Turns out I needed medication for my thyroid. It can really mess up how your body functions. Its an easy blood test.
  • I make bacon and eggs the night before (sometimes I make some for a few days at a time), put them in tupperware containers for each day, and then stick them in the fridge and grab one on my way out in the morning. They taste just as good warmed up in the microwave.

  • I've been just using the powerdered kind you get at the grocery store. Having said that, I've just begun this lifestyle so maybe I'm doing it all wrong, however it is doing wonders in keeping me satiated. And its super yummy - just tastes like a hot soup. Opinions welcome.
