  • Sorry for the confusion. I do this app called "running for weightloss" 3x a week. Workout today was: ~Warm up (5 min) ~Run (2 min) ~Walk (1 min) ~Run (1:30) + sprint 80% (:15 sec)+ walk (1:30) *x4 ~run (2 min) + walk (1:30) *x4 ~cool down (5min)

  • I have a fit HR which I just let take control. But if you notice other days I burn 200-400 calories from exercise alone
  • My goal should be 1600. And it says I only exercised and burned 23 calories? I put a pool up and ran 3 miles (interval training) I burned a lot more. To me it just changes... My diary says I have 1400 calories to eat total while my recent log says I have 1600 total

  • You make a good point, never thought of it like that. I just hear that if the body doesn't use the calories like walking it will get stored as fat but I have a caloric deficit of 1000 and still got per say 900 calories to eat today.   • You can click on either protein,carbs, fat, then it refreshes and then click on the light blue ("goal")
  • You can still change your goals. It says that you can do that in premium but if you go to nutrition>macros> goals at the bottom of the pie graph and then you just adjust how you want it.
