Welcome. What are you aiming for? Feel free to add me.

Hi Ashley. Congratulations on the engagement. While my goal is not weight loss, I do work with several people that have reached the 100lb 'club'. Feel free to add me

I agree you should be eating more, add a mid morning snack and a mid afternoon snack. Make sure both have good protein. Add the weights back into your workouts. Build up some muscle to burn off the fat.

I agree with sandcastles61. Excellent list for protein. I would add Turkey too, you can substitute almost any beef recipe with Turkey. The protein shakes are a must too, if you have the powder you can make your own bars too. That way you avoid the additives in the store bought bars.

Hi, my goal is not weight loss but I'm happy to give help to anyone that wants it.

Go back to the basics. Only purchase low or no fat options, no soda, just water or no sugar ice tea. Cut out salt/sodium and sugar. If you can buy organic meats, if cost is a problem at least pick the leanest meat. Add more fresh veggies to your meals. I'd be happy to share some recipes your son won't even know are…

Excellent. Congrats on the weight loss.

Stop focusing on the scale. What type of exercise are you doing?

I'm always looking for more friends!
