Meat, eggs, other dairy, protein powder....

Pre planning your meals by starting with a protein source helps. Once you've got your protein, add the fats and carbs.

    This.

Build your meals/snacks around a protein source.

Also, if you have the day planned out in advance, this can help immeasurably more than winging it.

More fish. That will give you more bang for your buck than yogurt and beans do although they are very good sources of protein as well. Eight ounces of Tilapia at 220 caloires get you 44 grams of protein. Also remember broccoli, yellow squash, whole wheat pasta, green peas.

Quest bars. Expensive, but they fill you up. Microwave for several seconds first to get the most from the flavor.

Core power protein shakes are pretty good. The light version has only 150 calories and 20 grams of protein. Besides meat and greek yogurt, not many things have high protein. Maybe beans and rice?

Pinto beans are great, but very high in calories. Just plan for the calories. They definitely fill you up!

    Swiss cheese
    Eggs
    Milk
    Steak
    Chicken breast
    Yellowfin tuna

    Tuna
    Sardines
    Navy beans
    Lentils
    Jerkey
    Peanut butter

I use Dymatize Iso Whey...It is the best I have tasted and it only has 110 calories and very low sugar.

Fish is awesome for protein density.

Protein shakes are a good supplement, but I'd check the sugar content. Core Power has as much sugar as protein typically. I like Premier Protein personally. 160cal, 30g protein, 1g sugar.
