I weighed in yesterday, but forgot to post. 228.8 for me. That puts me up a pound over last week, but still down about 3 pounds. Keep up the great work everyone!

1/2 an hour shoveling snow tonight. My heart rate was up higher doing that than 1/2 an hour of circuit training.

10 minute warmup on the treadmill, 20 minute dumbbell circuit, 5 minute yoga to cool down and stretch.

Glad to have you onboard! I am the same as @laurenebargar and @genpopadopolous . I add in all of my steps for the day. Usually I do it at night after I've jumped into bed and won't be walking anymore.
