Back in the office tomorrow, so less miles. Still should add 5 or 6 miles after I get home from work. I've managed to get out every day in Nov, Dec, Jan and so far Feb for an exercise walk. It soon adds up!

My week day miles are so low, but on the weekends I tend to makeup for it. Im hoping to average about 5 miles a day this week which would be an improvement!2 -

Welcome to the Fellowship!
The app itself is not a distance tracker per se. You use an outside tracker like a Fitbit, Garmin, or MapMyWalk/Run, etc. To track then you input the miles/kilometers into the app and it will calculate how far you have left to go to your next checkpoint and the final goal. I hope that helps!

I think i most definately will try it! Thank you, so much! I do timed nutrition and i do feast like a hobbit and its freaking awesome to eat so much and lose weight and inchs!1
