Start checking your nutrients and click on sodium, then view which meals are highest. Doing simple things like rinsing canned beans/veggies will help. Or if you are making soup don't add salt rely on other herbs and spices for a full flavor. But start checking your meals to see what needs tweaking then you can figure out…

Hi! Feel free to add me :) I would love more vegetarian/vegan MFP friends! I am vegetarian or I guess mostly vegan. I don't (or try not to)eat dairy and eggs. I eat lentils, seitan, beans, veggies, fruits...you know all the yummy stuff!

@b3achy Thank you I will have to keep that in mind. Right now all I've been doing is stress eating which doesn't feel good at all. I am going to try and convince myself to do something tomorrow morning, plus it will help get my mind off everything. Congrats on the new job :)
