- Eat nothing after 10:30pm 4/30 nights of my choice. 1/4
- Choose to adult, instead of impulse today.

I'm in, Been doing this on my own, no real support which has been tough. I've tried other times to lose but since August 16 I have been forcing myself to be accountable and have been sticking with it even though there are days I don't want too this might help me to reach the goals I want to achieve my biggest weakness is eating at night I do awesome all day and somehow at night I end up snacking.... perhaps this. Will help me break that habit

Was so happy with myself last night... was really feelin diff...
But didn't have a good work day... coupled with I bought a new snack item that I couldn't wait to try... I failed tonight, but that doesn't change my future - I can still have will power & withstand the urge and temptation!!

I had a snack after my goal time but it was soo worth it! My daughter, who normally struggles in school, had amazing parent/teacher conferences! She's passing all her classes, so we stopped for ice cream on the way home. Had the extra cals anyway because I made good decisions all day. Great day all around4 -
