Am in. Exactly what i've been struggling with, especially coz i work out in the evening and end up using this to justify my LNS. Am starting tonight. No LNS after dinner.3

I keep forgetting about this challenge until its too late. I'm at least winning half the time4 -
Am I too late to join! Definitely my problem, rewarding my good day with LNS or 'needing' something sweet after tea. I manage to resist through the day. Weekend LNS is worst as I end up with loads of 'treats'
My goal is to track calories and macros using them up by the end of tea. No snacking after tea!!
I do enough to always be the same weight give or take a couple of lbs but I want to lose 20lbs. Staring goal is 7lbs ...
