@Andreabroadley, @saraht4392, and other newcomers, you are very welcome to join the party! While everyone sets their own goals, your cutoffs sound like a great way to "set the bar." We're glad you're here.
I noticed a some folks were recently tripped up by the LNS sirens. After stumbling and breaking your most recent streak, don't listen to the next voice whispering in your ear: "I blew it! I failed! I just as well step to the side of the road until next week... or month." Choose to handle today today. Choose! Don't wait until tonight to see "what you feel like." I don't know about you, but living by impulses is how I got HERE in the first place.
I know the thought of going a week, much less a month, without grazing after my bride went to bed used to be overwhelming. Maybe it is for someone else. My advice: Put together a streak of 1. Then focus on another streak of 1. Every streak, mine included, is a series of one night at a time. Choose to make tonight a win!
Have a great week!

I'm so down for this challenge! Late night snacking is my bane and always leaves me feeling physically and emotionally bad.
Last night I wanted something sweet so I decided to wait 10 minutes and distract myself and see if I still wanted it. I did (of course), so I opted for herbal tea instead. While it didn't exactly crush the craving, it was a sweet "snack" and full of nutrients and no caffeine. It helped me fall asleep faster, too. Ah, the joys of peppermint tea

What do you do when you think about snacking?
I prelog everything that I eat in the morning. I schedule no snacks after 7pm. I usually eat a big dinner then a snack before the cutoff time. Coffee with milk or diet iced tea/soda help throughout the night. If I do have cravings, I try to take my mind off of it by reading, surfing the Web, crossword puzzles, clean. I turn off the kitchen light at night. To me it says, kitchen closed! I'm also lucky to not have others around me snacking.
But really, after do it for so long, it becomes a "no choice" rule. It becomes a habit. With the times that I do snack, I start fresh the next day. I don't beat myself up for it.6 -

LNS won last night. Even though it was a piece of chocolate and a few crackers to settle my tummy.
